Submit a Return Request

You can return your Seeker device or accessories within 14 days of delivery if they're undamaged, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Solana Mobile.

Refunds will be reduced by return shipping costs and a 15% or 25% fee depending on packaging condition. (except as prohibited by law)

Customized items, missing accessories, or claimed digital assets may not be eligible for return.
