Warranty Summary

Your Solana Mobile device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that prevent your product from functioning as intended — when used according to Solana Mobile’s instructions.

What's covered:

  • Repair, replacement, or refund (at Solana Mobile's discretion) if the product is found defective.
  • Shipping for approved repairs or replacements is covered by Solana Mobile.

What's not covered:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, liquid, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or battery aging.
  • Software issues or data loss.
  • Products without proof of purchase, missing components, or those bought from unauthorized retailers.
